  1. What we do
  2. Publications

Publications

Fieldwork is at the core of the Society's mission, thus making the resulting data available through our publications is a key obligation towards our supporters as well as the scientific community.

Our books are available from our distributors Bloomsbury and ISD (in North America).

Our main publication series are:

Excavation Memoirs

Excavation Memoirs publish the results of the Society's major fieldwork projects, a tradition begun in 1885 with Edouard Naville's volume on Tell el-Maskhuta and still continuing today. You find our latest volume here.

Texts from Excavations

Texts from Excavations published the results of the philological study of texts discovered by the Society. This series is now discontinued, but the latest can still be found here.
