We're looking for Course Tutors

The Egypt Exploration Society (EES) are seeking tutors for our 5-week Online Courses throughout 2026, especially those proficient and confident in teaching Egyptian archaeology and social life. Courses consist of five 1.5-hour Zoom classes on Thursday evenings (UK time), and tutors receive up to a maximum of £2,000 for each course. This is an excellent opportunity for PhD students or early career scholars to teach Egyptology to an interested audience on a global platform.

We will review applications on a rolling basis for future course dates, but early applications are encouraged before our course programme is filled. The Society will not monitor questions sent via third-party or social media channels.
