The Egypt Exploration Society supports archaeological research projects throughout Egypt and Sudan. We rely almost entirely on donations from members and the wider public to fund our work and run an extensive educational programme of publications and training, as well as events to convey the results to interested audiences.

We are seeking to appoint a Finance and Business Manager. We are looking for an experienced professional, appropriately qualified in finance and administration, preferably with an understanding of work in the charitable sector and who is an effective team player.

JEA Editor-in-Chief (deadline: 12 noon, Friday 15th December 2017)

Since its first edition in 1914, the Journal of Egyptian Archaeology has remained the flagship publication of the Egypt Exploration Society and is now approaching its 104th issue. The Society wishes to ensure that the Journal continues to remain at the forefront of publishing in Egyptology and Egyptian archaeology while also meeting the challenges posed by open-access and the transition to a mixed print and digital environment. We are now looking to appoint an Editor-in-Chief.
