The Art of the Society for the Preservation of the Monuments of Ancient Egypt (SPMAE)

6-8pm (UK) | This event will be in person at the EES London Office

We’re hosting a special exhibition launch of Envisioning Egypt: The Art of the Society for the Preservation of the Monuments of Ancient Egypt, the display within our Visualising Egypt theme.

Come along and learn how the artists of SPMAE have preserved an imagined past of ancient Egypt, which still inspires a sense of wonder in viewers today. This event will include a lecture and Q&A session with the curator Alix Robinson.
