Fellowship opportunity: Grant Administrator Thanks to a generous donation from the Scottish Egyptian Archaeological Trust in memory of the late Ian Mathieson, the Society seeks to appoint a Grant Administrator in Egypt to manage its new Heritage at Risk Grants programme. This Fellowship will come with training provided by representatives from the Society’s Research Committee as well as full support from the Society’s Director. This opportunity would suit someone with an interest in community-based heritage projects in Egypt and prior administrative experience. Download the role description and person specification Terms of Engagement In order to carry out the Fellowship, it is expected that the successful candidate would dedicate up to 21 hours per week and would work remotely. It is expected that the role will include some travel throughout Egypt which will be covered by the Society and within the budget provided. The successful applicant will work closely with the Society’s Director in London during the Fellowship. Start date: May 2021Stipend: LE110,000 per annum, payable by monthly instalments.
